Performance Management Training

In its quest to improve its management, the management team of Space and Style Ltd underwent a 2 day performance management training program at Ole Sereni Hotel on February. The training was conducted by Beatrice Chuchu of Outrival HR Solutions & Consultancies who gave valuable insight on management of departments and its staff so as to achieve optimum performance. The event was very informative for the management team and they will strive to put into practice what they learnt at the training sessions.
